UPCOMING EVENTS:  The Arthritis Foundation is in need of camp counselors for Camp Will-A-Way July 19th - July 22nd:
The Arthritis Foundation has very recently acquired their own Arthritis Foundation camp for kids with J.A. (junior arthritis), and are in great need of counselors, support staff, and nurses.  

The camp is for J.A .kids in Georgia aged 6-18; there is no cost for camp.  It is an overnight camp from Sunday, July 19th through Wednesday, July 22nd at Camp Will-A-Way in Winder, GA. 

The cabins are air-conditioned, there are 3 square meals daily (for everyone) plus snacks and beverages available at all times.  And of course, a host of activity available to them at the site.  Medical care is available 24/7. 

Camp Will-A-Way is located inside Ft. Yargo State Park, secure from the public areas.  Counselors do not necessarily have to participate in the activities but monitor the kids, do lots of head counts, make sure they get to meals, to bed on time, take showers and have TONS OF FUN.  It is the highlight of not only the kids’ year, but will be fun for adults too - and very rewarding.
